| My_Running | I continue to run on a regular basis. Since last June, I've used a pedometer and get track of my daily steps. My goal is to get over 10,000 steps daily. My walking stride is about 40 inches. My running stride depending on speed is between 4.5 and 5.5 feet. I'm an advocate of running ball/heel. I've coached somewhere between 50,000 and 100,000 runners and walkers. |
